Governing Law
This Agreement (and any futher rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

You will not hold BarStack or its creators responsible for any damages that occur while using BarStack or for any damages that occur as a result of using BarStack. You agree not to drive drunk. You agree to be added to the BarStack mailing list, and will receive updates about BarStack, special offers, promotional material, and other mailings. You may opt out of the BarStack mailing list at any time. You may not use this service if you are not at least 21 years of age.
