Instructions: Muddle about 6 blackberries in a mixing glass. Strain the blackberry juice and discard the blackberry skins. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Add the blackberry juice, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to the shaker. Shake. Strain into an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with blackberries, mint leaves, and a lemon wheel.

Instructions: Fill the highball glass half way with ice. Pour the ingredients into the glass. Stir together. Garnish with a dill pickle spear.


Worcestershire Sauce	Tomato Juice	Tequila	Hot Sauce

Instructions: Combine tequila with tomato juice over ice in a mixing glass. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to taste. Roll the ingredients into a highball glass and back again. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and a pinch of black pepper.
