Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves and Superfine Sugar 1 tsp in highball glass. Add Bourbon. Fill with ice and soda.

Instructions:
Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass and saturate with bitters. Add a dash of plain water. Muddle until the sugar cubes dissolves. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add the bourbon. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cocktail cherry.

Instructions:
Add ice cubes to the shaker. Pour the ingredients into the shaker. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
