Instructions:
Add ice cubes to the shaker. Pour the ingredients - except for the club soda - into the shaker. Shake. Strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink, and drop it in.

Muddle the sugar and mint leaves with a little club soda. Squeeze the juice from both halves of the lime into the glass. Drop one half of the lime into the glass. Add the rum. Stir well. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the rest of the club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
