Instructions:
Muddle the sugar and mint leaves with a little club soda. Squeeze the juice from both halves of the lime into the glass. Drop one half of the lime into the glass. Add the rum. Stir well. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the rest of the club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Instructions:
Fill the highball glass half way with ice. Pour the ingredients into the glass. Stir together.

Instructions:
Add ice cubes to the shaker. Pour the ingredients into the shaker. Shake well. Strain into an ice filled hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.|

Instructions:
Macerar en la coctelera de 6 a 8 pedazos de piña con 1/2 oz de jarabe de goma, agregar 2 oz de agua de coco y 1 1/2 oz de ron blanco, agregar hielo y agitar, colar al servir en una copa huracán previamente helada, colocar hielo picado en el tope y decorar con hojas y un triangulo de piña. (opcional se puede agregar un dash de granadina)
